Jared
I didn't watch any films on the way back, I wanted to sleep as much as possible given that I was to work the day I returned--after arriving at 8 a.m. Wednesday in Dublin. I caught up with work emails during a long layover in DC Tuesday night so I really only worked in the afternoon upon return.
I took this photo in Dulles:
Wow. Just wow. "Honest" isn't a word I expect in connection with anyone in Trump's orbit. I think the lot of them belong in jail and his Supreme Court nominees should be disrobed. Probably not the right term. Kicked off the court is what I mean. The bastards took a wrecking ball to American democracy and now they are trying to squeeze more money out of their racket.
Once I got my bag in Dublin, I had 5 minutes to get from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, bay 14 to catch my bus to Belfast. I ran as fast as I could, dragging a heavy bag on wheels and carrying two other heavy bags (one with my laptop). I made it but thought: this is how people have heart attacks. In Belfast I got lucky and found a cab without a fare--unusual at the bus station for some reason. The driver was from Poland and has given his flat to three Ukrainian women, who are working and paying utilities but not rent. What a wonderful man.
