Dance hall days love

I danced all day--three workshops followed by a social. The teachers are excellent. Here’s my favourite teaching couple (from Sweden) dancing at another event. They are both so expressive--I’d love to dance well enough to look less concerned and more joyful. I still count my steps--I’m a total amateur.

Here’s another view of the castle, taken on a walk through Grassmarket. I don’t know why it’s called that because it served as the city’s corn market back in the day.

Possibly parliament buildings? (note I’m not doing research to figure stuff out)

Rhoda and I climbed up the Scott Monument, from which I took this photo.

The monument is covered with characters from Sir Walter Scott’s books. I guess this dog is famous.
