YouTube Debut

Remember that talk I gave at the Green Party event a few weeks ago? One of the Green Party members made a video, so you can see how I did. I now regret organising my talk chronologically (the Achilles heel of linear people). I was told one of the other speakers was going to talk about the fossil fuel divestment movement. So I talked first about my dissertation, which examined alternatives to divestment, then about research I did at Preventable Surprises, then about some promising campaigns, one of which has since hired me.
In plodding through these three segments, I went on a lot of tangents with the result that an audience member would be hard pressed to walk away with any memorable points. Instead, I should have organised my talk thematically or topically, so a listener had a chance to learn something.
