Podcast

I downloaded my first podcast today--onto my phone. It was really easy. I thought you had to download podcasts to your computer, then find the right cable to connect your computer to your iPod, then upload to your iPod. Which has kept me from trying to do this for, you know, years. David suggested I just download to my phone. Which is what I just did.

I’ll be spending a lot of time in airports soon, so I’ll entertain myself by listening to the Reith Lectures, the BBC’s annual lecture series featuring “significant international thinkers.” I also want to check out The Moth and Snap Judgements, both recommended by my friend Kyle. I’m worried that it will run down my phone battery--it doesn’t take much. But hopefully I’ll be able to make this work.
