Our house, in the middle of our street

...was our castle and our keep. A bit of Madness there. As in the band Madness sang that song.

Anyway, I was at the house for a few hours today meeting with Kevin, the electrician, and Ian. Here's our water line going in to replace the lead pipe.

Lovely front of the house. At least the second, maybe the third skip they've filled.

The good news is the two chandeliers I bought for $60 each will work in the living room and dining room. The chandeliers that were in there will work in the entranceway. I need to find seven more lights...
