Lockdown viewing

For two weeks after I fell, I had severe stomach pains and headaches. I finally talked to a GP, who prescribed a medicine that sorted my stomach out in one day. Apparently I caused gastritis by taking four Aleve on Day One of my fall--trying to get ahead of the pain. All I did was create more pain.

So February was a month of a lot of laptop TV. Since lockdown started in March 2020, here is my TV consumption (with my favourite actors)

The Crown (Vannessa Kirby, Tobias Menzies)

Episodes (Tamsin Greg, Stephen Mangan)

The Good Place (William Jackson Harper)

Queen's Gambit (Anya Taylor Joy)

Schitts Creek (Daniel Levy)

Pose (Billy Porter, MJ Rodriguez)

A Very English Scandal (Ben Whishaw, Hugh Grant)

Vicar of Dibley (Dawn French)

It's a Sin (Olly Alexander)

Lupin (Omar Sy)

Ranganation (Romesh's mom)

Hypothetical (James Acaster)

Graham Norton Show

There are a lot of crime dramas or suspense-filled shows that are very popular. I tend not to watch them as I don't enjoy feeling stressed. There is a new crime drama on that takes place in Belfast, Bloodlands. Just the title puts me off. But it's fun to see something filmed in your backyard. Of course, that didn't make me watch Game of Thrones. But it's unusual to have a crime drama with Northern Irish actors. I may/may not watch it.
