La La Land

In the morning, Janis took us for a ride along the beach, Bonita Beach and Fort Myers Beach, specifically. In the afternoon, we went to the mall and saw La La Land.

I love to sing, I love to dance, I love Emma Stone, so there was nothing not to love in La La Land. Except the ending. Which I won’t give away. But it was sadder than I was prepared for. I guess that’s the modern twist on musicals--no happily ever after.
