Happy Easter
After a month of physical therapy, I'm slowly trying to start running again. Something I haven't done since mid-January. The shoulder is fine and the swollen Achilles tendon is still tender but I'm allowed to run 5 minutes, walk 5 minutes for a half hour. I'll take it. The therapist said, as long as it doesn't get worse, I can keep that up. I've also bought two bike pumps and am looking forward to doing a bit of cycling. It lifts my spirits to be able to become more active.

I also got three chocolate Easter eggs from three friends and a slice of cheesecake and a brownie from a fourth. The yellow chick above is a knitted cover for a Cadbury Easter egg. My friends are both clever and generous.
