Forgotten Fourth

We pretty much forgot that today was the Fourth. We had places to go and things to do. I did chores all morning while mom slept then we hit the road for Enniskillen, County Fermanagh. First stop was Castle Coole, where we took part of the tour (the part that didn’t involve steps). You can see some photos and read some history about this National Trust property here.
Then on to the Manor House, highly recommended by David and Stuart, who are regular visitors. You can see why.

Mom assumed a “to the Manor born” posture. When in Rome...

The property sits on an inlet of Lough Erne and is lovely in every respect (Lough Erne in the background).
