Deck the Halls

Actually, City Hall.
Decked.
Check.
The hall is in a big green square in the middle of Belfast. Right now the square is full of tented beer halls and stalls selling bratwurst, French pastries, Dutch cheeses, jewelry, sweaters, you name it. Very festive.
