Cabin Fever

David has been away all week at a painting class in the Wicklow Mountains so I don’t have a car. Most of the week has been rainy, so I haven’t been anywhere. Yesterday was nice but I managed to squander the day talking to customer service representatives and doing other chores I’ve neglected. Today I just had to get out of the house, so I took the bus downtown to St. George’s Market. The Friday market is different from the weekend markets I’ve been to in the past--aimed more at the local market than at tourists. My big purchase was three cards for one pound. Cards are expensive here, so I was quite chuffed. Here’s an internet photo of the market:

I have a freelance writing assignment due for ESG Magazine at the end of the month. My afternoon was spent lining up interviews with people who can talk to me about how credit rating agencies (Standard & Poor's, Moody’s) are incorporating climate change risk into their bond ratings.
